Their strong, sometimes stubborn, Czech values of community, family & fun serve as a guide for their restaurant. You're likely to catch them celebrating a Buffalo Bills, Chicago Cubs, Yankton Bucks, or Mount Marty Lancers win with a pivo, making fresh kolaches weekly, renovating their 100+ year old building, or polka dancing with their kids/grandkids.
